Welcome to GoEase. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the GoEase website, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). GoEase is designed to make it simple and convenient for customers to find, connect with, and book trusted local service providers and independent professionals.
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines posted on the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform or book any services.
GoEase operates as a technology platform and marketplace connecting users ("Customers") who need services with independent service providers and professionals ("Service Providers"). GoEase acts as a facilitator for booking and communication, and does not itself perform or directly employ individuals to perform the home services, technical support, or professional assistance listed on the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into agreements to use this Platform. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not engage in any activity that interferes with, disrupts, or compromises the security of the Platform.
To access certain features of the Platform, you may need to register and create a user account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. If you suspect any unauthorized access, please notify support immediately.
When you book a service on the Platform, you are initiating a request to connect with a Service Provider. Bookings are subject to provider availability and confirmation. A booking confirmation is sent once the assigned Service Provider accepts the request. The contract for the performance of the service is directly between you and the Service Provider.
Service Providers on our Platform operate as independent contractors. GoEase facilitates registration, onboarding, and reviews to encourage high standards of service. However, GoEase does not guarantee the performance of the Service Providers. We encourage all users to read reviews, communicate expectations clearly, and verify credentials where appropriate.
Prices for services are displayed on the Platform. Payment is processed securely through integrated payment gateways. You agree to pay the fees and charges associated with your bookings. GoEase facilitates the transfer of payment (less applicable platform fees) to the Service Provider upon successful service delivery.
Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to our Cancellation Policy. If you cancel a confirmed booking, you may be subject to cancellation fees, which are communicated clearly before booking confirmation. Service Providers may also reschedule or cancel bookings due to unexpected circumstances, in which case alternate options or refunds will be offered.
You agree to provide a safe, accessible, and respectful environment for Service Providers when they perform tasks at your designated location. You must provide clear instructions, address any hazards, and ensure that a responsible adult is present during the service.
We aim to keep GoEase online and operating smoothly. However, we cannot guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform, including features, databases, or contents, at any time to perform maintenance or updates.
All content, branding, designs, logos, and materials on the Platform are owned by GoEase or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use.
The Platform may contain links or integrations with third-party websites, applications, or payment gateways. GoEase does not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party websites, information, materials, products, or services.
GoEase reserves the right to revise, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make updates, we will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
GoEase facilitates connections between users and service professionals. We aim to ensure a high-quality experience, but we are not responsible for any disputes, quality of work, damages, or injury arising from the actions, omissions, or services of independent Service Providers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoEase limits its liability to the booking fee paid for the specific transaction in question.
